   "If you're an entrepreneur, you've met challenges," said banker Mike Edwards, "and you're successful because of your relationships and your drive."

   Edwards spoke at the GCA Publishing Entrepreneurs Luncheon, held at Mario's last week, where 58 business people were recognized for their success. GCA Publishing publishes this newspaper and numerous other pub¬lications.

   Mayor Bill Purcell was the keynote speaker at the event, hosted by GCA Publishing owner Gary Cunningham. Purcell told the crowd that Nashville is listed as number one in the country in the expansion and relocation of business by Expansion Management Magazine.

   This was good news to the business people attending, who hope the growth will help them have another banner year in 2006.
